Common Questions

FAQ

Everything Tesla owners ask us before their first booking.

Tesla recommends rotating your tires every 6,250 miles or when the tread depth difference between front and rear reaches 2/32" — whichever comes first. Many Tesla owners skip rotations because it's inconvenient, which leads to premature tire wear and expensive replacements.
Just a flat surface to work on (your driveway or parking spot), access to the vehicle, and about 30–45 minutes. You don't need to be present the whole time — some customers go back inside after letting us get started.
Yes. We use Tesla-specific lift pucks designed for Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X to protect your battery enclosure. Using the wrong lift points can cause thousands of dollars in damage — it's one of the biggest risks with shops that rarely see Teslas.
Tesla's mobile technicians are limited to same-side rotations because they can't lift all four wheels simultaneously. We perform the full rearward cross-rotation that Tesla's own service manual specifies — moving fronts to rear and crossing the rears to the front. This is the correct pattern for even wear. And we're cheaper.
Yes. Quick Mobile Service carries general liability insurance and is licensed by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (ARB #313558). We take your car seriously — it's why we invested in proper credentials before taking a single booking.
Yes — Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X. If you have a Cybertruck, contact us first so we can confirm equipment compatibility for your specific configuration.
